2. Terms & Conditions (Legal Info)

Service Accuracy

Diivyam provides platform services for Vedic rituals and Astrology. While our Pandits and Astrologers are highly qualified and verified, these services are based on traditional Vedic interpretations. Results and outcomes of rituals or astrological predictions are matters of faith and individual experience; we do not guarantee specific material results.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Pandit Bookings: Must be confirmed at least 48-72 hours in advance for physical presence.

  • E-Pujas: Link credentials will be shared 24 hours prior to the event.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ritual may be subject to a nominal convenience fee to compensate the assigned Pandit.

Shipping & Returns

  • Puja Samagri: Items are shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • Returns: Due to the sacred nature of many items (like energized Malas or open Samagri kits), returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Evidence (photos/videos) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Services: No refunds are provided once an Astrology consultation or E-Puja has been completed.

  • Product Refunds: If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
