By using the Diivyam platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Bookings and Payments
Pricing Transparency: All prices for Pandit bookings, E-Pujas, Astrology/Vastu consultations, and Puja Samagri are listed clearly at checkout. We guarantee zero hidden costs.
Payment Processing: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Shubh Muhurat and reserve our experts. We use highly secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Modifications: Diivyam reserves the right to modify service fees and Samagri prices without prior notice, though changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a Puja or Consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to expert availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.
Samagri Returns: We accept returns of Puja Samagri within 7 days of delivery only if the items are physically damaged upon arrival or strictly unopened.
4. Astrology, Vastu, and Spiritual Disclaimer
Guidance, Not Guarantees: All Astrology and Vastu consultations are based on traditional Vedic systems and are provided for spiritual guidance. Diivyam does not legally guarantee specific physical, financial, or emotional outcomes.
Professional Advice: Our spiritual services and astrological remedies (Upayas) are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. E-Puja and Remote Devotion
Technical Requirements: For Online E-Pujas, the client is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. Diivyam is not liable for disruptions caused by the client’s network issues.
Prasad Delivery: We dispatch energized Prasad globally after the successful completion of an E-Puja. Delivery timelines vary based on international and domestic shipping logistics.
6. User Conduct and Respect
We maintain a strict code of conduct. Users are expected to interact respectfully with our Vedic Pandits, Astrologers, and support staff. Any form of abuse or harassment will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
